Provides the opportunity for an optional flat cooking surface when required, or can be used for holding cooked food. Covers the whole of the CAVALIER grill area or half of the CATERER grill area. Also useful for cleaning the units through reflected heat. |

Made from nickel and chrome plated heavy
duty mild steel.
The support fits either end of the CAVALIER and CATERER models. They take standard 'Gastronorm' type stainless steel pans up to a depth of 100mm over the grill surface. The pans (not supplied) can be used for holding cooked food - over the grill surface - or cold or raw food over the extended side. All with or without lids. |
