CPU-3 - This unit comes in 2, 3, 4 & 5 well lengths with stainless steel undershelf. 1" thick poly cutting board with dish shelf is standard. 

These multi-purpose units can be used to ice down cold items, such as fruit, pudding, yogurt other desserts, and drinks. They can also be used for a salad bar.
