Insul-IceTM...a new form of ice that lasts longer, eliminates the wet mess, and is reusable.
 

Introducing Insul-Ice, small packets of a patented refrigerant sealed between layers of durable, flexible plastic film. The result is an ingenious new ice that:
  • Reusable Ice won't melt into a watery mess.
  • Re-usable Ice stays cold 33% longer than regular ice.

  • Insul Ice is absolutely safe for use with food.
The refrigerant in Insul-Ice contains neutral pH distilled or de-ionized water and proprietary materials which comply with FDA regulations for food-grade chemicals, and have acceptance by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for direct contact with food. The durable, laminated plastic film used in Insul-Ice withstands pressures of 60 pounds per square inch for more than 5 minutes

The Insul-Ice Advantage
Insul-Ice doesn't melt into a watery mess, so foods chilled with Insul-Ice won't get wet or soggy. There is no melting ice to handle. Insul- lce saves time because no drains are required and there are no containers to empty.
Insul-Ice stays colder longer than regular ice. In independent tests, Insul-Ice remained effective one-third longer than ordinary ice. That means one-third less ice to transport to off-premise feeding sites and preparation areas.

Insul-Ice is reusable. Refreeze and use it repeatedly. Insul-Ice works best when frozen to 16°F. or below in a standard freezer. Wash it with running water and detergents. Even solutions containing biocides, fungicides and pest control agents will not change it or cause it to deteriorate.
